ASK14 Motor Glider

This a 5 meter wingspan ASK14 Motor Glider, the consctruction follows the same DNA of previous ARCP models in as much we are using 3mm hoop pine plywood with a click in place construction method. In fact, in our first attempt it just took a couple of hours to frame the fuselage. The fuselage has been designed to be sheeted in ply but does not rule out balsa planking and fiberglass covering.

The wing, tailplane and rudder will be foam cores for the first few models, howerver we are considering built up flying surfaces in later releases.

The ASK14 model has been designed for a brushless power system with the use of 8 to 10s lipo setup. We are currently working on molds for both the canopy and cowl. The kit has an undercarriage bay and we will also develop a suitable retract system.
