Scale Instruments

In this section I will show how you could quickly and cheaply create a scale instrument panel for your scale aircraft.

First you need to acquire some laser cut instruments blanks. Currently we are offering either 1/4 scale which are 23mm square backplate with a 20mm dial face and 1/3 scale which are 31mm square backplate with 24mm dial face. The price of four 1/4 scale blanks is A$10while 4 third scale blanks sell for A$15 plus postage and handling. The color is back, with the backplate in 2mm acrylic and the round dial face is 3mm black acrylic. Email us to order your gauges.

The kit consists of a 2mm backing plate, 3mm round centre piece and a lens.

All you need to do is source the background dial, size it, print and glue the pieces together.

We can also supply round dials for the same price.
